March 15th: Laid Out

Well, I used AnxEdit to reexport all the animations as sprite sheets. The good news is that that worked just fine. The bad news is that it seems like it’s the image requests that were bogging down the start, not the image loading, so it still doesn’t start any faster. Oh well.

Tweaked the rude lemon a bit, but pretty tired so not much. Also feeling like the sides look too similar, like they should be a bit more different to imply a stronger and more angled light source. I’d made the tiles with that idea in mind, but it doesn’t really seem to have carried through… hm.

I think the rules need to be different for different angles of tile if that’s going to happen. A bit tricky, but yeah.
