September 9th: Hoppity

I have like zero attention span, partially because this heat wave has started kicking in but mostly because I’ve just lost the hang of working on this game. Fuck it, I dunno, I’ll figure it out. May just have to tread water for a bit before I get a feel for it again. Maybe.

Anyway jump animation is shaping up a bit. I’ll add more frames to it and get it implemented tomorrow. I don’t really like the way it’s perfectly still while falling, but not sure what to do about it. Maybe can have the shoulders move back and forth a bit. I was thinking of having the legs kind of running in air but it didn’t look good when I tried for it.
