April 20th: Skips

Oops, I think I misnumbered yesterday’s update. Oh well, no big deal. I got all the extraneous level loading fixed up, but it’s still set up so maps are crawled for levels at load time and all the levels loaded up front. It might be worth fixing, but it makes the flow of loading a lot more complicated if I load them as-needed, particularly given the map editor’s need to quickly change between maps. For now I’ll leave it as-is, and making that nicer can be a fix if it bogs down the game start excessively later on.

Probably gonna work on enemy code tomorrow.
